CHANGED- Life Stories

During my college years, on Christmas Day, I went with ten friends to visit a friend's home. While his family was preparing lunch, we went to swim in the river. As we were swimming, a flood came down due to rain in the mountains. While I was trying to get out of the river, the force of the heavy floodwater drew me under into a deep hole. This happened repeatedly for several minutes. I was doing my utmost to escape, and eventually the water carried me far from the place. For thirty minutes my friends tried to save me, but nothing availed — the water level and the force continued to increase. At last, I thought there was no way of escape and that I was reaching my final moment. Then I cried out to the Lord: "If You save my life, I will live for You. I will serve You." Later, through the help of other people, I was rescued. God has enabled me last 28 years serve Him 40 Countries.

I was going through a heavy struggle in my life. I was addicted to alcohol, drugs, and the bad ways of the world. Once I enjoyed all worldly pleasures, but now they were going to kill me. I decided to commit suicide. My wife had left me, my friends had left me, and I was live in the streets. I had no place to sleep and no food to eat. That day, I got some coins by begging, and I bought my favorite food and poison. My desire was to eat this final meal and kill myself. While I was eating, a missionary came to me and talked about Jesus. Finally, he prayed for me and said to me, "There is no need to kill yourself. Jesus loves you. He paid for you." Jesus changed my life. I shared my story with him, and he prayed for me and picked me up from the street and took me to the church house. The Lord has given me peace, love and joy and changed me.  Now I live for Jesus.

The doctors advised me to have my leg removed. I was undergoing treatment, and blood, water, and pus were coming out of the wound on my leg.  I was unable to walk, very smell and bones can clearly visible, facing heavy heavy pain.

Every hope had left me. While I was in that condition, I contacted the GWT Prayer Center. They prayed for me and encouraged me with a prophetical word. every day they prayed for me.  The doctors were amazed at God's great healing in my life. Still I live happily, walk, and do my job. Jesus healed my leg without removing it and without surgery. Jesus is my Healer, and He will heal you!
